During your initial prenatal visit, ask for the Healthy Start Prenatal Risk Screen. Answers on this simple one-page questionnaire are kept confidential and are only used to provide the best possible care for you and your baby.
It’s as easy as that – and it’s up to you!
WHAT’S THE COST?
Healthy Start is a free program offered in the State of Florida. Participation is NOT based on your income level.
WHAT IF I DON’T NEED HELP?
